Production and delivery times:
We offer stress-free orders – for every order, you will receive an estimated production time and if necessary receive a follow-up/tracking number. We are not a shipping company, but we have other great service provider UPS, GLS, FedEx who will deliver products to your door. Please note that all production and delivery times are informative nature and they can change anytime.
Orders with collections will be shipped from the warehouse in 1-3 working days for small quantities up to 1000 units.
Production times for custom rolling papers (small orders):
1000 units – up to 5 working days,
5000 units – up to 15 working days,
10000 units – up to 20 working days,
50000 units – up to 6 weeks.
The order with added “finishes” / “add-ons” can prolong the production time:
1000 units – 4 to 5 working days
5000 units – 5 to 7 working days
10000 units – 6 to 10 working days
50000 units – 14 to 17 working days
100.000 units – 15 to 20 working days
For small order, we ship packages up to 32kg (UPS) or 40kg (GLS) per package. On your request, we can also ship your big orders of 10.000 and 50.000 units in multiple 5000 units shipments, extra costs can apply.
Delivery times for custom rolling papers (small orders): Delivery across Europe is around 1 week, whilst delivery to the rest of the world can take around 3 weeks.
We are not a shipping company, but we have other great service providers Fedex, GLS, UPS who will deliver products to your door. Please note that all production and delivery times are informative nature and they can change anytime.
We offer 3 shipping options: UPS (US and worldwide delivery), GLS (EU deliver only), and Fedex (worldwide delivery). You can choose the one that suits you the most. Duty and Tax Charges are not included in shipping costs and are charged later to the party who pays the shipping charges.
Mombly d.o.o. takes no responsibility whatsoever if the products are not delivered or delivered partly due to the transport mistakes. We always help our clients and provide them with tracking codes and initiating procedures at delivery service providers. You can always contact our sales representatives to give you advice and help you out.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees imposed by their respective countries' customs and tax authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
