Regular Shipping
Regular shipping is very economical shipping with longer delivery times. On your request, we can provide you with a tracking number. Download the document with delivery times from this link.
Mombly d.o.o. takes no responsibility whatsoever if the products are not delivered or delivered partly due to the transport mistakes. We always help our clients and provide them with tracking codes and initiating procedures at delivery service providers. You can always contact our sales representatives to give you advice and help you out.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Duty and Tax Charges are not included in shipping costs and are later billed to the party who pays the shipping charges.
Our biggest shipping unit is Snail Mastercase or packages with dimensions 76cm x 76cm x 76cm, with weight up to 32 kg (UPS) or 39kg (GLS). We can ship many packages in one shipment.
For wholesale clients we offer additional UPS services and additional costs:
– Duty and Tax Forwarding Charge (estimated: +22 € + DDV)
– Large Package Surcharge (estimated: +70 € + DDV)
– Over Maximum Limits (estimated: +60 € + DDV)
– Special Handling (estimated: +7 € + DDV)
– Direct Delivery Only (estimated: +3 € + DDV)
