-Customers can choose between standard, natural, or hemp paper.

-All the components of our products are of EU origin.

-We use natural arabic gum as glue on our rolling papers.

-We will make samples with your our design for all our future customers and will deliver them at our own expense via express mail.

-We are the only company in the world that doesn´t have a minimun  order. Our clients can order anywhere from 10 booklets to 100.000, or more.

-Over 90% of clients, which make an order with us, usually come back and make a second order.

-We are constantly adding new promotional products to our selection of products.

-A quick fulfillment of an order (We can produce and ship worldwide orders up to 1000 booklets within 24 to 48 hours from your order). 

-We give quantitative discounts, along with additional discounts, to all our regular clients and to those who make bigger purchases.

Do you have a minimum or maximum order quantity?

For custom rolling papers, our minimum order size is 10 booklets.

We can produce up to 150,000 booklets per order – if you require more than please contact us on info@snailpapers.com

Do you offer booklets of different sized papers?

We offer different sizes of rolling paper booklets;

  • King Size Slim
  • King Size Wide
  • Maxi Pack rolling papers
  • 1 ¼
  • double regular papers.

All of our products can be produced with or without the filter tips.

Why RGB colours can’t be printed?

Snailpapers.com allows you to upload RGB or CMYK coloured files. Be aware we only print in CMYK colours.

RGB and CMYK printing process explained:

– Scanners, digital cameras and computer monitors use red, green and blue (RGB) light to display colour.

– Commercial printing presses print with cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) ink, called process printing, instead of RGB light, and therefore produce a different range of colour.

– To print on a four-colour press, all RGB files must be converted into CMYK colour.

– Certain RGB colours that you can see on your monitor (in particular, bright blue, green and red) cannot be replicated with standard CMYK inks. These unachievable RGB colours are said to be “out of the CMYK colour gamut.” When selecting colours for your print project, use CMYK colour builds to avoid potential RGB conversion issues.

– You can always upload CMYK ready files as PDF. Our team will print directly from your PDF ready file.

– Please disregard the change in colour when you upload the PDF CMYK file. Be assured our design team will print from your original file, so all colours will be the same as you set them in original PDF CMYK file.

Orders up to 100.000 units are printed in CMYK colours.
For big orders (100.000 units or more) we can print PANTONE colours which gives a wider range of colours.

What are your rolling papers made from?

Our rolling papers are made from pulp of vegetable fibers of textile and wooden origin, with natural Arabic gum only. All materials are sourced from Europe.

What is your return and refund policy?

For non-bespoke products, you may return your items within 14 calendar days for a refund or exchange. We will only accept returns on bespoke products where there is a fault with the order. Returned products should be unused and in the same condition as it was received along with its original packaging and with a proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received the goods and they have been inspected.

How much do pre-designed rolling papers cost?

Which payment methods can I use?

How long will it take to receive my rolling papers?

This sort of depends on which country you are ordering from. Most orders are manufactured in 2 working days. Delivery across Europe is around 1 week, whilst delivery to the rest of the world can take around 3 weeks. For larger orders, please contact us at info@snailpapers.com

What is the difference between basic and full design check?

Free Design Corrections are available for every customer. Extra Design Corrections are available to customer who has paid the Full Design Check with their order or to those who will pay the additional payment of 5 €.

Free Design Corrections include (if you selected only Basic Design Check):
+ your design will be corrected to the blue line
+ we will insert new pictures with better the resolution that you will provide
+ we will change the size of elements/background in your design
+ we will remove or replace some elements (no more than 3)

Extra Design Correction includes (if you paid Full Design Check):
+ your design will be corrected to the blue line
+ we will insert new pictures with better the resolution that you will provide
+ we will change the size of elements/background in your design
+ we will remove or replace some elements (no more than 5)
+ we will correct the rotation of pictures or design
+ we will reposition the elements

Sales representatives or customer service team has a discretion right to decide when Free or Extra service is required.

In which color scheme do you print?

We print in CMYK

Can I change the payment option?

You cannot change the payment option after the order is confirmed.

What kind of rolling papers and tips do you offer?

Our rolling papers are of the highest quality. Besides white, we offer brown, hemp, blue, pink, green and black papers. For filter tips we offer white, brown, pink, green, blue, black and rainbow filter tips.

Can I make the inside print?

Yes, inside print is possible. Please contact our agent at info@snailpapers.com or sales@snailpapers.com to help you out.

Do you have flavored papers?

No, we don’t offer flavored papers

Do you print on the papers?

No, we don’t print on papers. Each paper sheet is watermarked with straight lines to ensure perfect burn.

I am not sure how to pay via direct bank transfer?

After you choose bank transfer, you will receive all the bank data where to pay the order. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Our bank details:

When should I expect my papers once I made an order?

This depends on the quantity and shipping option you choose. Check Production time and Shipping time for more info.

Will I receive notice when the order is shipped?

Yes, you will get a notice from snailpapers.com and  from UPS or GLS delivery services if you have chosen these options.

Production time?

You will receive an estimated production time and if necessary receive a follow-up/tracking number. Orders with collections will be shipped from the warehouse in 1-3 working days for small quantities up to 1000 units.

Production times for custom rolling papers (small orders):

1000 units – up to 5 working days,

5000 units – up to 15 working days,

10000 units – up to 20 working days,

50000 units – up to 6 weeks.

The order with added “finishes” / “add-ons” can prolong the production time:

1000 units – 4 to 5 working days

5000 units – 5 to 7 working days

10000 units – 6 to 10 working days

50000 units – 14 to 17 working days

100.000 units – 15 to 20 working days

For small order, we ship packages up to 32kg (UPS) or 40kg (GLS) per package. On your request, we can also ship your big orders of 10.000 and 50.000 units in multiple 5000 units shipments, extra costs can apply.

Which shipping options is the best?

We are not a shipping company, but we have other great service providers UPS, GLS, PS who will deliver products to your door. Please note that all production and delivery times are informative nature and they can change anytime. We offer 3 shipping options: Regular Shipping (cheapest and longest delivery), GLS (EU deliver only), UPS (worldwide delivery) You can choose the one that suits you the most. Duty and Tax Charges are not included in shipping costs and are charged later to the party who pays the shipping charges.

Mombly d.o.o. takes no responsibility whatsoever if the products are not delivered or delivered partly due to the transport mistakes. What can I do?

You can create a new wholesale account by using your secondary email. The snailpapers.com has three different account roles – retail, affiliate, and wholesale. You can upgrade your retail account to a wholesale account – if you provide us with your valid business information – and we can enable your existing account for you!

Affiliates cannot be elevated on the same account – they need a separate user account by providing us your webpage information where you would like to sell our products with a 5% margin. Please, contact us for more information.
